These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tanneravioco.business and any repair services provided by Tanneravio Co. in Aurora, Colorado.

Estimates. Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the condition of the item as inspected. If additional damage is discovered during disassembly, we will contact you before performing additional work or adjusting the price.

Authorization. Leaving an item with us authorizes inspection and the repairs described on your ticket. Work does not begin until you approve the estimate.

Turnaround. Quoted turnaround dates are good-faith estimates. Material availability, discovered damage and cure times can extend timelines. We will notify you of any material delay.

Results. Repair is restorative, not manufacturing. We match materials and color as closely as professionally possible, but exact replication of factory finishes is not always achievable on worn or aged items.

Workmanship. We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair we performed fails under normal use, return it and we will correct it. Normal wear of new materials, damage from misuse, and pre-existing conditions are excluded.

Uncollected items. Items not collected within 90 days of completion notice may be considered abandoned and disposed of, in accordance with Colorado law.

Payment. Payment is due at pickup unless otherwise agreed. We accept common payment methods at the counter.

Liability. Our liability for any item is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for consequential damages or for the sentimental value of items.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
